Small resort, doesn't give an industrial vibe compared to some bigger ones, which is good.
- The beach is also nice, with relatively few seawalls
- Both the water villas and the beach villas are very nice
Arrival/Departure, mostly:
- Lack of communication prior to arrival regarding the airport arrival process and seaplane scheduling
- For the departure, we were assigned a seaplane that was scheduled too close to the departure time of our international flight; we could have missed it if there had been any more delays due to the wind. This caused us unnecessary stress

We absolutely loved our stay at Fushifaru Maldives. The island is small and very easy to get around — no need to worry about bicycles or long distances. Despite its size, everything is perfectly designed to ensure maximum privacy.
The food was outstanding — truly delicious and high quality. Our stay was made even better thanks to our amazing host, Jen — thank you for taking such great care of us.
Our family stayed in two villas: a Water Villa and a Sunset Villa, and it was the best decision. The Water Villas have a nicer lagoon bottom but can be windy, so we enjoyed sunbathing at the Sunset Villa, where it’s less windy and there is a beautiful house reef.
