Nestled in Dryden, this lovely condo for $72 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Low Cost Alternative to rents paid in Ithaca. This is an efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a full size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/whirlpool tub/shower, cable TV, and WiFi. Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19. Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door. Some nearby places to enjoy: -Cayuga Lake (15 minutes away) -Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trail -Hiking at one of the State Parks within a 1/2 hour of the house (Treman, Buttermilk Falls, (Taughannock Falls 45 minutes, and Watkins Glen 1 hour). -The Greek Peek resort (10 minutes away for Winter Skiing, summer has a zip line, mountain biking, mountain coaster etc. plus an indoor water park.

My husband and I were visiting our son for Family weekend at college. All hotels were booked from months in advance. I found this gem of a little place and we will be using it every time we visit our son from now on. Apt is clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Home owners who we met separately were wonderful. Location was perfect. 5 star for sure.

Overall nice spot. It’s small but convenient. Perfect spot for 1-2 people to stay. I was there for a baseball tournament with my Son. It was better then staying in a hotel and was probably cheaper. Overall clean. Very accessible. Convenient location.
I would definitely stay there again. Perfect for couples.

This was a last minute change of plan and Steve was great about fitting me in. Super helpful and friendly. Had everything I needed, was close to Cornell and was very peaceful

We were in town to attend an intensive 5-day course at Tompkins Cortland Community College. This apartment was exactly what we needed: nearby, quiet, comfortable, clean, and well appointed (full kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, etc). Instructions for parking and checking in were clear and communicating with Steve was easy.

We were lucky enough to find this apt at the last minute when we needed to attend a family funeral and most hotels/motels were booked due to it being Family Weekend at Cornell University. Steve and Kathi could not have been more kind and accommodating. This was a perfect spot to recharge ourselves--every clean and w/in easy driving distance to Ithaca. The mattress may need a little updating, but this was a minor issue. We will definitely keep this apt in mind the next time we visit. And again, Steve and Kathi were ever so kind.

It is in the basement of their home. We could hear them stomping around every morning at 6 AM and one morning was at 3 AM didn’t get to sleep in. It seem to be a nice safe neighborhood. Parking is a little tight one side of the driveway.

Our stay was for a week. Everything was clean and tidy. The only drawback was that there are not windows so light does not come in. For us this is not a problem. Everything worked well. Communication with Host was prompt. We would stay here again. Easy in and out access. Kitchen was fully furnished.Jet tub was very nice. We would recommend this as a place to stay.

This was the perfect location for what I needed to accomplish during my visit with comfortable accommodations. The rooms AC worked great in the August heat and the huge bathtub with shower pressure that I could ACTUALLY wash my hair with was a nice surprise! My only glitch was I had such a late arrival at 3am and had to use my phone flashlight to find my way to the keys then the door without any outdoor light. Gracious hosts, quick to respond to texts. As per previous review, I did hear footsteps above but they did not wake me up or affect my stay in any way.

Very quiet location
We stayed here for a weekend while visiting our daughter in college. The apartment was very quiet and comfortable.

Weekend Getaway
Great hosts and fast response time! When we needed something or had a question, they were very quick to respond and helpful. Room was clean and a short drive to many tourists spots.

Good for a Night or Two
Reasonable alternative to high-priced accommodations in Ithaca. Clean and quiet basement room with outside/upstairs deck and bbq. Friendly hosts.

Smelly Room
You walk thru a garage and into the apartment and when you get into the apartment it smells of fuel from the garage

Very nice stay & hosts very accommodating
We stayed for two nights, didn't have any problems. Easy check-in/out process. Host even messaged us the morning of check out advising we could stay later, if needed, due to the weather. Would stay again!

Convenient and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay here. Kathi was very nice and friendly and the apartment was clean—perfect for the two of us on a four day stay in the area. Just a fifteen minute drive to Ithaca and convenient to many of the state parks and waterfalls and Finger Lakes wine trails.
We’d enjoy staying here again next time we come to Ithaca.
