Apartment was fine and clean, it was compact but okay for the two of us. Our apartment was on the top floor, it was okay for us but wouldn't recommend it to anyone with mobility issues. We liked the location, easy to get to the central areas of Krakow. We mainly chose this apartment because we were getting to Krakow by bus and a couple days later we had an early flight to catch and so we were easily able to get the train from the main train station to the airport. There were lots of amenities close-by too e.g. restaurants and supermarkets.
TV box didn't work (didn't bother us), some of the lines on the clothes dryer were broken. Would have been nice for the shower to have shower gel provided and a shelf in the shower to place toiletries.

Excellent location, close to the central train station & other transit. Plenty of grocery stores in walking distance, as well as other city attractions.
Full-size refrigerator & freezer.
Decent WiFi that only dropped a bit at the beginning of our stay.
There are no elevators, so keep in mind heavy luggage is not a great idea. The stairs were in somewhat poor repair, with the carpet/grip guards coming off as we transported our bags.
When trying to get your key in the door, there’s hardly any lighting to help deal with a rather fiddly lock.
The shower stall had a broken attachment for the smaller shower head, so it couldn’t be properly adjusted. The larger rain shower head, while a lovely feeling, doesn’t provide a lot of space to actually wash in the smaller stall.
Washing machine was tiny & no instructions were provided; it was positioned so that you can’t even open the lid fully (caught under the radiator). I couldn’t find any laundry soap.
No microwave or toaster. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived.

Great apartment, everything included for a great week,great location for all transport needs
Had air conditioning which worked great but maybe because it's the top floor apartment I personally found the apartment quite warm especially for sleeping
