Un apartament foarte spatios, aproape de magazine si de plaja. Aparatele electrocasnice sunt moderne, de calitate si foarte utile pentru un sejur. Chicineta este utilata complet cu tot ce este necesar pentru pregătirea meselor. Terasele sunt si ele foarte spatioase.
Blocul in care este aplasat apartamentul nu este foarte nou, are un lift foarte mic in care 2 persoane încap cu greu mai ales daca mai au si bagaje.

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ πρακτικό διαμέρισμα, κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και καφέ, με θέση πάρκινγκ. Ηλιόλουστο, πεντακάθαρο, καλόγουστο, συμμαζεμένο. Με πλήρη εξοπλισμό σε μπάνιο, κουζίνα, και δωμάτια. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμος και μας ξενάγησε στη γειτονιά. Στα έξτρα πλεονεκτήματα, η παραλία Καλαμαριάς στα 2 λεπτά περπάτημα από το διαμέρισμα, μέρος που προτείνω για βόλτα, ηλιοβασίλεμα, και καλό φαΐ.
Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην πόλη.

I had a wonderful stay at Velissarios’s place! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully equipped with anything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The spacious balcony and lovely rooftop terrace were a great asset for the sunny days we experienced.
The location is excellent—close to the city centre yet in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood and the available parking spaces made it a breeze to move around. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including a supermarket, grocery store, bakery, and the seaside road, which is great for strolling around.
The host was amazing—responsive, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Thessaloniki and would love to return!
