Stroll across the front lawn to the beach, walk to Jetty Observatory, Town Centre, Boutique Brewery. Ideally situated as a base to visit wineries, world class surf, dive on HMAS Swan, caves, tours & fine foods from neighbouring Dunsborough, Yallingup, and Margaret River regions. Main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has Queen, Bedroom 3 has 2 singles & Bedroom 4 has 2 singles & a double bunk. Enjoy reverse cycle aircon, fully equip kitchen with microwave, fan forced oven and gas hotplates. Television, DVD, stereo and full laundry facilities. Ample parking for cars, boats etc.

We had a long weekend down there with 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. The location is perfect with the beach right across the road. There is a huge backyard that is flat and grassed that the kids and dogs loved. We hope to go back again soon.It feels like the front patio is under-utilise as it is a perfect place for a bbq on the front lawn. A bit more outdoor furniture there would make it the ideal spot to relax out on the front with no buildings between you and the ocean.

Great home and set up on beach front we enjoyed morning coffee wactching sunsets, lots of room for kids and dogs to kick ball or fetch the ball. Evening sunsets beautiful. 3 minutes from town sitting out front was very peac
