It’s hard to see how June and Stephen could have made this better. They were so kind and the room was very comfortable. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the breakfast was truly delicious. Thank you both so much.

June and Stephen were great hosts. After a warm welcome from Stephen and a few informations he showed us our room which was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space, very nice interior, it was clean and cosy. The house in general was beautiful, full of history like the ruins of the old castle in the garden behind the house. The breakfast was very delicious and freshly made. June and Stephen provided us with lots of recommendations of places worth to explore. It was great to spend four nights here, to have so many time to discover- there is so much more to explore than the giants causeway. We can absolutely recommend this beautiful house.

This is a beautiful, eccentric property steeped in history. You eat breakfast at a long table, like the lord and lady of the manor! The house is full of unusual objects and interesting paintings, it is a bit like stepping back in time. There is a lovely walled garden running wild. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.
The man of the house was rude, verging on aggressive when we arrived because of a miscommunication about times. We had apologised immediately but he gave the sense that our presence was an annoyance. Bit of a Fawlty Towers moment. His wife was the total opposite.
If I had been staying here alone I probably would have left.
There was no lock on the bedroom door.
