The room appearance and overall set up is good but can be improved with deep cleaning techniques to get more new look.
If you are giving me a room with attached bathroom, then the expectation is to provide water 24/7 - but it happened the other way that the water is not available most of my stay with frequent disruptions. The bathroom fittings are broken. Mud is coming hot water taps, the bath shower is broken where the flow of water is restricted. The hotel rooms are allowed for smoking though it says no smoking. Lot of cigarette smoke coming from other rooms in the floor lobby. The hotel needs lot of repairs looks like. The room roof is crack open in 2 places which I already informed the staff, but no action. Same I informed the staff about water but the response was very slow. There is basic water problem in the hotel. The hotel reception and lobby looks good, but rooms need a overhaul looks like. The old fitting are falling off from bathrooms and deep cleaning is required to what I observed.
I would like to request a % amount of refund to the inconvenience that I faced due to water problem. Kindly make note of this.
