The staff were lovely. The room was grand and spacious but a bit dated. The deck outside was super, (no sea view) The bottle store in the office sold a good variety of liquor including docg prosecco.

The room was amazing, location was great. Such a big room and super clean. Bed was very comfy. They put harman kardon speaker which was extra.
The man staff in the lobby. There were the three of us and we wanted extra bed bcs hotel policy didnt allow one room for three people. We did not mind paying extra or get the extra bed. But the extra bed was empty, yet still have to pay full price of it. It would have been okay if the staff was not rude. He was rude, disrespectful and gave us a condescending look, not even one "sorry" uttered from his mouth when he said extra bed was unavailable. The way he spoke was as if it was our fault that the bed was empty? It's one thing to have an excellent property, but in hotel business, hospitality is mandatory to have. Even in smaller hotels, the staffs are usually very warm, humble, and helpful.
