Clean apartment, quiet area, staff were pleasant especially our driver who took us to the airport the next day.
Confusing providing tea, coffee, microwave, kitchen bench, However no cutlery or plates/bowls available.

Nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Shower was good.
Coffee machine supplied but didn’t work. Kettle supplied but didn’t work. As I arrived at 10 pm I was desperate for a cup of coffee or tea and not only couldn’t I have these but there was no milk either so it would have been black.
Asked if breakfast could be arranged, no reply, ever. Incidentally it’s nowhere near MXP but you can get a bus from 2 km walk away.
