Breakfast was excellent quality, every item was very tasty,
Good variation of choice.
Bar was well stocked.
Owners and staff were there for you, but never in your face, chatty and informative.
Area was quiet, exactly what we wanted.
Ceiling fan was a bit noisy, easily sorted.

Sayed here a few times now and it is a cosy family-run hotel. Very close to the beach and a few minutes walk into the centre of Sutton-on-Sea. We had accommodation with two bedrooms so there was plenty of room. It also had its own entrance so we could come and go as we pleased.
The bed...it had collapsed one one side and the springs were poking through

The location was not far from the centre of Sutton.The room was very clean and well presented and the bed very comfortable.
There were tea coffee bottled water and biscuits provided for free and also a kettle.
The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was superb.Will definitely visit again
There was nothing to improve with Seashells especially the ample amount of off road parking.

Had dinner at the hotel, excellent,breakfast as well was excellent. Staff very professional and friendly
Only thing didn't like was the noise from the amusements, when in the beer garden (grumpy old guy)
