Location was excellent. I can walk practically anywhere from the hostel. Shares a lift with the train station. Nice bed and ample space as I took the semi-private bed. Would definitely repeat when in Namba.
There were a bit too many people in one floor. So it was a bit noisy at times (not too often, just maybe people packing and sounds of them having discussions on the dorm hallway).
I also didnt prefer the living room/shared space as it was quite dark and unwelcoming. A bit too overstimulating too bcs the TV is on 24/7.

Aircon was cold but the warm comforter ensured a great sleep every night. The locker to store our bags was big and my one backpack had room to spare. Slippers are provided and air fresheners can be seen under various beds, keeping bad odours away from the sleeping area.
Some suggestions for improvement - there are no clothes hooks in the bunk and my power socket was a bit loose. As we are required to take off our shoes at the dorm entrance, a bench where we can sit to remove shoes would be nice. Also, the lack of a packing area means we can only pack inside our bunk, causing unnecessary disturbance to others.

It was very clean and comfortable. Felt safe. Excellent location. Great staff. Easy to understand rules, etc. No issues with other guests. Garbage sorting was easy (basically no sorting). I’d definitely come again!
I was in an upper bunk semi-private room, and I really didn’t like the provided ladder. It was narrow, the rungs had little surface area, and there weren’t good places for my hands to support me.

The staff was nice. The place was clean and the price was good.
My bed was under the heater A/C, so I had one of the worst nights in my trip to Japan because of how hot it was. The room is so big and you share it with so many people that you will for sure listen to someone snoring at some point when trying to sleep or also listed to someone talk, someone's alarm, opening food or whatever they bought. So keep that in mind.
