About this house rental
Situated in Smiths Beach, this lovely house for $158 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This property is in one of the best locations at Smiths Beach. It is walking distance to both the general store and Smiths Beach. The beach is both suitable for children or the serious surfer and is patrolled from late December to Easter. The house has a large balcony which has a nice view including a glimpse of the ocean. The 3 bedroom house (plus a large games rumpus room) sleeps 6-8 people with 2 queen sized beds, two sets of bunks, and 1 foldable couch. Both the living area as well as the rumpus room have a TV and a DVD player. There is a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry with washing machine, large outdoor deck, BBQ & outdoor setting. Harry's house has a gas heater and split system cooling/heating unit in the living area. The grounds provide ample room for cars & a boat. The house at this fantastic position is ideal for the family holiday. Enjoy sitting back from the lounge or on the large deck area, watching the magnificent views, whilst the kids enjoy themselves playing table tennis or table fussball in the rumpus room, basketball on the sheltered court in the front yard, or a game of soccer in the backyard. Smiths Beach is close to the Grand Prix circuit, Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Winery, Golf Club, Cape Woolamai Surf Beach, Wild life parks, Koala park, boat launches & all the other attractions the Island has to offer. The house is available for weekends or weekly all year round. Stays from 2 nights onwards can be arranged. Prices listed are indicative and do not include costs for linen and towels. Please submit an enquiry for exact pricing. Linen can be provided at small extra costs. Sorry, towels we can’t provide. Close By... Five minute walk to spectacular Smiths Beach popular for Surfing. Two minute walk to the local general store and surf shop which also offers a variety of surf lessons. Local Features Penguin Parade, Koala Sanctuary, Wildlife Park, Seal Rocks, local wineries, Australian Motorbike Grand Prix Circuit with stunning Go-Kart track, Super Bikes and V8 Super cars, Golf, Churchill Island, French Island, Surfing, Fishing and other water sports, walking and cycling paths around Cowes.

Clean & tidy house with all the amenities needed. Huge selection of board games we enjoyed thoroughly. In such a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Harry's House is a great property and in a wonderful location. It's spacious and caters for everyone, kids and adults of all ages, it really is home away from home. We had such a great time!
Smith's Beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

Property is so well close to the beach - fantastic position to be able to walk with kids and our dog.
It is so thoughtful how well equipped the house is for both humans and pups!!
Touches such as dog bowls and bed make it so much more welcoming for those of us with furry family members.
Not to forget about the massive games room with everything the kids could want!

Overall renting this property was a great experience. The owners were brilliant with their communication & the process was very seamless & easy. They had mentioned a funny smell in one of the bedrooms and we did notice this ourselves. We used a candle to overcome that but the smell did come back when it wasn't in use so there may be something there that requires further investigation. That said it didn't detract from our overall experience at all. The kids loved the games room with table tennis & foosball & the basketball ring out front was a bonus as well. I would definitely consider renting the property again when staying at Phillip Island!! Thanks.

Everything you need for a family beach holiday. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of games and things to do for the kids. The owners were very contactable and helpful. We were warned about a smell in one of the rooms which had days of being quite strong. Could've done with more towel rails in the main bathroom. The main bedroom mattress was very hard, we had to drag the fold out couch mattress from the living room and put it on top to last 5 nights. Other than that a lovely place we will come back to in the future.

Amazing short but sweet stay
This was a delightful place to stay at. The hosts were so accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The location is superb and the house is well equipped. Our dog loved the big yard and my teenage children loved the space and games. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Great beach house!
Harry's House is an ideal beach getaway! Smiths Beach is an excellent location if you love a quiet neighborhood with a gentle surf beach in walking distance as we did. The outdoor shower with warm water was a great bonus after a trip to the beach. At the house we loved the ping pong and foos ball tables & basketball, sitting on the wide balcony and all the dvds to watch. Our family had lots of fun in this relaxing environment and the hosts were great to deal with.

Most impressive thing for us was the flexibility of the late checkout time. We were told when booking that a late checkout would be fine if no one booked to Check-in on that date, which was the case & that finished off our break on a really positive note. We will definitely be booking this property again in future.

Top location / Lots to do
Our first time away in a year. A family long weekend of car racing, surfing, ping pong championships and playing “Trump”cards, priceless. Handy to coffee and local shop and a short walk to Smiths beach. Our 7 month old toy coovoodle , Alfie loved the secure fencing and to be able to free range. Just great and we will be back. Thanks to the owners / property manager for a great experience

We spent a week at Harry's House. The house is so well presented. We felt relaxed and comfortable. Our dog had a great time too - the property is well fenced. There are so many DVDs and games, too. And we loved being able to stroll to the beach. Thank you for all your efforts in providing a wonderful holiday home.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. Plenty of room for 4 adults & 4 kids. Had everything we needed for the long weekend.

Great location for beach and relaxation
Description of the property and communication with the owners was fantastic. Made the process really easy.
The facilities were great and the games room for the kids was enjoyed by all.
So close to beach and local shop but removed enough for some quiet time. Perfect place for us and for our dog (who had a fully enclosed yard with enough space. We hope to be back soon.

Pleasure stay at the lovely house
My family has enjoyed our 3 nights at this lovely house. It’s very close to the popular smith beach, just a few minutes walking. There are plenty of entertainments in the house that kept my two young kids busy. Nice ocean view upstairs.

The Perfect Getaway!!!
We had a great time!! The house was conveniently located within walking distance to a lovely beach. The General Store within 2minutes from the house was handy for morning coffees and newspaper. Not so perfect beach was no worries as we spent hours and hours playing with some great board games and watching movies. Thanks again.
