A beautiful location and beach.

This is a good mid range option for Bora Bora. The lication is great, there's a small beach and it's a 15-20mins easy walk to spectacular Matira beach (best on the island) and a number of bars & restaurants.
The garden area with the rooms is very nice & calm and the rooms are spacious and a good standard. The main hotel facilities are across the road by the beach. There's a great supermarket next door.
The restaurant serves some great food in the evening but it, along with all the communal areas (restaurant, bar, reception etc) could do with a serious refresh ... they are very dark and dingy. This is particularly the case when the blinds are down for the wind (it's often windy).

The room was actually better than expected and I am appreciative. Very good location, and next to it there is a little supermarket with all that you need if you want to buy your own food or drinks. Hotel beach at the front and a short stroll to the best beach in the resort, Maitai beach.
The breakfast could have been a bit more varied and abundant. It seemed a little poor if compared to other hotel chains.

Bonus point: Cold water available 24/7 with drinking water fountains, it's good to fill up your bottle any time
Price: Affordable for a resort with private beach in Bora Bora
Room facility: Old, some broken
Cleanliness: Bad, smelly, millions of ants (in bathroom washtub at night, on the floor, on tables, even on bed), we found worms every night on bathroom floor and had to wear sandals any time, even while having shower.
