Super cute room, exactly as pictured. Great communication. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower. Farmers market on Sunday across the street, right next to the train station. Laundry in room was a nice feature.

We stayed for two weeks and the place fitted all our needs. It is a good location, close to three metro lines, the studio is on the second floor and the windows face a courtyard which proved to be quiet, which was much needed especially as, due to heat, windows were open at night. Although the temperature was high, given that the windows face the north-west, the conditions were bearable even when outside the heat was peaking at 39. The kitchen was a big help and it contained everything we needed, the place is clean and it provides enough space.
Nothing was lacking and the owner is always ready to help.

Location was great and the host’s communication was terrific. We were let in early and were extremely grateful to Stephane for his generosity.
No air conditioning. One of the lifts was playing up and sometimes didn’t work.

- fridge, iron, washing mashine
- cleaness and comfort
- no AC. This is a big minus for me.
- Studio seems far more bigger on photos than in life
- Bed <140 cm. It is hardly be called double.
