Very clean and comfortable.
Not a big deal as we were only there for one night but the tv wouldn’t connect to anything.
Post code given does not take you to the location, it takes you to the recycling centre.

Location was very convenient being situated 10 minutes out of Chichester with easy access to the shops and surrounding areas and beaches.
Lodge is compact and bijou but contains everything required for a pleasant stay.
Very clean and tidy with wet room shower, comfortable beds and lounge / decked area overlooking the lake.
Check out was easy.
Very small bunk room but we didn't need to use it.
It would benefit from a clock in the lounge area and definitely a shelf in the bathroom to put a toothbrush etc on.
Whilst the directions and postcode are given and correct it is rather easy to miss the entrance to the lodges.
It can be noisy at times outside due to the proximity of major roads.

No blub in lounge area, torn hole in the leather sofa. Did contact owner to let them know but didn't receive a reply
