The view was incredible and the lodge was super cosy! Loved having the furniture outside so we could enjoy drinks on the deck

when the door was open the road is quite noisy absolutely perfect when you shut the door thought and it’s a haven of happiness

the view of lake was fantastic

there was old milk carton under sofa stain on pillowcase and sofa had bad smell and looked tired spoilt look of room microwave was very low to floor should have been eye level not shin level could much improve

It was warm, cozy, clean, quiet, lovely view, handy for the town and restaurants.

The pull cord switch in the bathroom worked intermittently and need replacing. Batteries in the tv remote need replacing.

We liked,how easy it was to where we where going.You could of cooked if you wanted too but we went out. Very clean,comfortable, ideal in summmer to use the water sports , or watch over the lake. Near lots of eateries and shops.

The front door was very stiff and hard to close .

Unfortunately creaking noises all night kept us awake.

Because we didn’t have internet I didn’t receive the instructions to open the gate. By the time we gained access to the property it was dark and very difficult to see the key code. We would have managed better with the info the day before.

Location is next to retail park which has a John Lewis, Sainsburys and McDonalds so ideal to get provisions for the chalet. Lovely views over the lake, is next to main road so busy during peak time traffic but after that its lovely to sit out and enjoy the views. 20 min walk into Chichester, we will definately book here again

really unique property overlooking a beautiful lake which has birds and other wildlife. beds were very comfy, sofa lovely and big and fit 4 of us on it. nice bathroom. everything you need in kitchen. electric gated site with felt safe. very chilled out . lodge was really clean

nothing , we loved it. traffic a bit noisy at peak times but benefits of this place outweighed this and it didn’t really bother us .

wonderful setting. great wildlife.

proximity to A27 made it noisy but setting made up for it. insulation meant it was quiet at night.

Our daughter loved the bunk beds and being able to play on the grass area in front of the lodge. The lodge had all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable short break.

If you go out on foot, there is a busy roundabout and road to cross with no pavement.
