Very big, clean, comfortable room with lots of natural light. Nice big balcony with opening doors. Lots of places to store clothes, etc.
The room and bathroom are huge.
The location is not that great. It's located between bus stops (off the 1) about a 10-15 minute walk in either direction. It's located behind some industrial type buildings. Not the nicest view. We came for the Ritterfest (really cool) and it wasn't the easiest to return to the hotel at 2300.
