If you would like the Pool to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Keep in mind that it may take until 24 hours to heat the entire pool. The cost of cleaning the barbecue is $ 35 for the entire stay. Propane is not included, there is a tank on the property that you can refill. Cleaning Procedures Our professional laundry service works with the commitment perform a high temperature wash located at an industrial high-valued 5-star laundry facility that is not only well known in the market but also used by other major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels with the objective exterminate any bacteria on every linen, bed sheet and pillow case, all being delivered wrapped and sealed awaiting to be opened by our guests. The same standard applies with the wash and delivery of brand new and ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels and washcloths, which are provided accordingly with the capacity of guests for the home, as well with extra quantities to better accommodate our patrons. There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays. Daily maid service is NOT included, please contact us to know our prices for this extra service. Host Guidebook: Walt Disney World – At our home, you will only be 15 minutes from the happiest place on earth, The Magic Kingdom. The perfect place to stay when visiting Mickey & all his friends! Sea World – The fun doesn't stop there check out one of the coolest aquariums and amusement parks at Sea World to experience all the sea's wildlife. Florida Mall – If you need a little break from all the amusement parks, step out for a day of shopping at the Florida Mall, with plenty of shopping opportunities at stores such as American Girl, the Crayola Experience, Zara, Mayors & more. Convenient to Disney
Checking into the property was simplified thanks to the communications with the property management company. The community was family friendly and within minutes to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The unit itself was contemporary and Disney themed as suggested in the pictures. The curb appeal was lacking due to trash littering the stoop. The white furnishings in the downstairs bedroom were dirty, and the bed linens were soiled. The air vents in the bedroom were molded. When we had difficulties adjusting the temperature in the unit, we were able to reach the property management to get it sorted. However, when we tried to reach them regarding the broken clothes dryer, they did not respond. Overall, the property has many positive attributes and with a deep cleaning and upkeep, it would be amazing.

Loved the townhouse! Everything was very clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The resort is nice! We spent a lot of time at the resort swim area in our downtime.

Disney vacation
Overall the house was great! We travel with kids so having separate bedrooms was a plus for us! Disney was a 6 minute car ride and the property was close to stores and food if needed. We did need to buy some additional items while we were there (coffee filters, toilet paper, garbage bags because we used what was provided). We even enjoyed the pools and kids water stuff. We would definitely stay again.

The were plenty of beds and towels. I would just hesitate to stay here again with kids as there are steep steps and lots of potentially breakable items. They did charge extra for the grill and the stroller as we found out later, as well as other things. Just be sure you check if what you need is actually included in the price. Easy parking and we really did love the community pool.

We had a good stay. The only problem was that the facility housed 15 people and the cookware wasn’t large enough to even feed our 8 people. Maybe a large pot and large skillet would have been nice. Otherwise it was a nice place. The pool was closed a couple of the days which was disappointing, but probably out of anyone’s control.

We had a problem with the door code to enter the home. We call for assistance and within minutes everything was fine.

It was a great family house, but the location on VRBO map is wrong. The map shows it's only 4 houses away from the water park, but in reality it's 1/2 mile away, which is a long walk for 3 really young kids.

Nice vacation
Property was very nice. Communication was smooth with the manager. Due to covid and allowed maximum capacity, there were limited times we could access the pool/slides area. Which was very nice but smaller than I thought. When I read about there being a "water park" I didn't realize it was 2 slides, the lazy river, splash pad for the little ones, and the pool. When I read water park, I thought there would be more than 2 slides. However, my kids did very much enjoy them. Also, I didn't see anyone cleaning the tubes for the lazy river, or any of the lounge chairs, or tables. But I was required to wear a mask to walk around. There should have been people going around cleaning. There were some rowdy people late at night. Music playing in their cars and shouting or fighting couldn't tell the difference. Accessing the resort was not very clear. We should have been given instructions on how to find the correct gate to check in and directions to the townhouse. We drove around several times, confused and frustrated. Again, with that said we did have a very nice stay.

Property was as advertised. Very large townhome that was newer, clean and plenty of space for our family. The themed rooms were fun for the kids. Close to the parks and nice onsite pool/resort area. We would definitely stay here again.
