Central location. Comfortable bed. Good staff interaction. We arrived to broken shower head and Chiara had it fixed straight away. We asked for layer check out, and were offered extra hour as new guests arriving same day. Much appreciated!
It is self check-in which is fine … and lots of keys security which is good, but the main door is a little tricky to open!

The location of Palazzo Della Torre is in historical city center of Verona, the street is calm, no noise in the apartment.

Location was quite good. But taxi driver could not find the place and had to ask 2 or 3 people
Room was very dark and furniture had seen better days. We were there for 3 nights and asked for a clean bath towel but were told we would have to pay an extra 12 euros which seemed rather petty as I felt we had paid enough for accommodation.
