Strategic, worthy, comfortable, room comes with toothbrush set & can get 1 free extra towel
Soundproof is a bit lacking as can hear guest walking sound at room's door area. Don't have a small fridge in the room (can improve if have budget)

Good distance to places of attraction. Not too far. Had a lift for a lowrise shophouse type of hotel.
The step up to the bathroom/toilet. Can be tough for more senior ppl.
