Schwierig zu finden; kein Licht beim Codeapparat des Aussenportals; Auto muss draussen auf gut Glück vis-à-vis parkiert werden, wo für einen Kombi die Tiefe nicht gegeben ist; Reinigung mangelhaft/ungenügend (WC, Schränke, Geschirr, Pfannen, Kühlschrank, Staub; Besteckschublade defekt und dermassen unappetitlich, dass ich nichts davon gebraucht habe); Auskunft betr. Desinfektion 'Covid' ungenügend, d.h. ich desinfizierte zuerst 20 Min. lang alles was man häufig anfasst mit einem mitgebrachten Mittel; Empfang nicht gerade herzlich, keine Hilfe mit Gepäck und nur auf Nachfrage Hilfe bei der Installation des Bettes; Aussenbeleuchtung ist erwähnt, aber oben an der Treppe beim Eindunkeln und nachts zu schwach, sodass ich zu Beginn mehr als einmal über eine Schwelle stolperte; Studio überstellt mit Möbeln - man hat ja keine Lust, täglich das Bett hochzuklappen und abends wieder neu zu beziehen; hoher Tisch mit Hochstühlen zu nah beim Bettsachenkorpus und zu nah bei Kochkombination; Dusche total eng und ohne eine Möglichkeit, Duschgel oder Seife sowie Shampoo zu deponieren. Sonnenschirm nicht kippbar und sehr schwer, also nicht leicht zu verstellen/anzupassen. Kein Moskitogitter beim Fenster, das man nur zur Hälfte öffnen kann. Keinerlei Sicht auf irgendetwas, man fühlt sich eingemauert. An drei von 6 Nächten fand in der Umgebung ein Fest statt, das lärmmässig gar nicht toll war. Die Besitzerin wohnt nebenan, und wenn sie auf ihrer Terrasse Besuch Besuch empfängt, was durchaus legitim ist, dann ist die Lage so, wie wenn sie in einem Restaurant mit zwei Tischen am Nebentisch sitzt, man hört jedes Wort und sieht sich gut. Wenn nun die grosse Wohnung darüber belegt gewesen wäre, wäre ich wohl nicht geblieben. Keine bereit gelegte Information betr. WLAN und Abfalltrennung. Ich könnte noch vieles mehr aufzählen. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht. Positiv: Nancy hat auf alle Fragen per sms postwendend geantwortet. Gewisse Einrichtungsaspekte sind relativ geschmackvoll gedacht und umgesetzt, wobei die Qualität nicht immer stimmt. Positiv auch die Nespressomaschine. Mir scheint, dass die Wohnung für junge Menschen bis 40 ok sein könnte, v.a. zu zweit, aber nicht für Einzelpersonen, die etwas Ruhe und Erholung suchen und über 50 sind.
