Great location and a nice, clean apartment. There’s paid parking right across the street, which was really convenient.

Great stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment is in a very central location, with the Ladadika area just a one-minute walk away. It is spacious, full of natural light, and very well soundproofed, so it stays quiet and relaxing even though it’s in a lively area. Nikos was an amazing host. Always available and very helpful. Excellent value for money!

The host was extremely flexible and responsive. He couldn’t have done a better job making us feel at home and welcome
The building is very run down and extremely dirty. The room also felt very old and dirty. The sink had a huge crack in it- all the light switches were super dirty and broken. The wifi was constantly cutting out which was a nightmare because we were there for work and couldn’t upload a video. The half of the kitchen equipment was very dirty and there was a dirt moon and bucket left in the bathroom. The place is very old. And the neighbour is a notary and would wake us up every morning with walking in slamming the door and talking on the phone.
