Много любезен и отзивчив персонал! Стаята ми беше чиста. Хотелът е разположен на много удобно място, буквално на 2-3 минутки от спирката на хотел Плиска. Наоколо има супермаркет, както и различни места откъдето можеш да си вземеш нещо за хапване. Много съм доволен от съотношение цена-качество и със сигурност отново ще гостувам. Огромно благодаря на целия персонал на хотел "Рай".

I usually stay there for the location because it is close to my work! It is hot as there are central heat! Very comfortable bed!

I would like to have a second pillow and a little bigger flat Tv as the existing one are small and old-fashioned 19 inches.

Жената на рецепцията е ужасно не учтива и конфликтна личност. Единственият с когото може да се разговаря е управителят на хотела Мартин, който съдейства и помогна с недоразумението около моята резервация. Не препоръчвам този хотел на никого.

Perfect hotel 10 min from the airport by car! Exceptional welcomed personal. Covered parking inside. Even early breakfast for very early check out was good. Very! clean and even choice of pillows!!!

Maybe it would be better to adjust the room temperature a bit in advance)

Quando arrumavam o quarto (não era todo dia) ele ficava limpinho.

O café da manhã é deplorável, fora que no meu último dia, quando deu 9:30 TODOS que estavam tomando café da manhã, inclusive eu, foram expulsos da sala de café da manhã sem nem ao menos poder terminar de comer.

Very few options for breakfast, but we had coffee, croissants, some sausages, cheese, tea and jams.If you are very selective, breakfast is not necessarily a strong point of the location.

There was nothing I didn't like. The water was very hot, the rooms were huge and well heated, the bathrooms were clean and very large. Clean and properly ironed bed linen and towels. Soap, shower gel, functional hair dryer, etc. -The TV is old, but it didn't bother me with anything

Мисля,че е несправедливо да караш клиентите да си платят изцапани кърпи , но се преживява .....

хорошее расположение- вокруг кафе и магазины в пешей доступности. вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, сообщила о поломке в пятницу вечером, в субботу сразу все починили. очень приятный по оформлению ресторан, на рецепции очень чисто.

номера опрятные, в ванной чисто. единственное, ковер на полу пылесосят явно редко и недобросовестно. и завтраки совсем «никакие».

Well maintained place, everything functioning

One more satisfactory stay at Hotel Rai.

It was too hot in Sofia this time and the aircon proved inadequate to deal with it. Sleeping at night was hard and I had to get up and open the windows in the small hours to let some cool air in.

The room was very spacious and super clean, didn't look old or aged anywhere. Huge shower, good location only 10min car ride away from the airport, bus stop very close nearby

Bed was a bit tough

When we arrived, even tho everything was paid, they told my spouse that it wasn't and made her pay by card. Even though we were promised a refund, nothing happened. The worst part of it all was when they told us we weren't the first people that were made to pay twice, "due to Booking.com" errors.

The hotel were really accommodating, my flight arrived at midnight but baggage didn't come until almost 1.20am, I had kept in touch via message with the hotel and it was not a problem when I arrived just before 2am. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful, and said if I needed anything or had any more queries or questions to just call down from the room on the internal phone. The room was a single but it was a big size room, bed was comfy, bathroom and shower were big and the water pressure was really good. There was a kettle, although I didn't use it and a small fridge. The biggest plus was I didn't have to vacate the room before midday, which meant I could sleep a little longer after a full day of travelling. The bed linen was fresh and clean and the towels were very good quality.

The hairdryer which was attached to the wall in the bathroom got very hot on the handle and had been wrapped up with tape and looked like it had melted previously. There was some dust around the bed frame, which hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioning wouldn't turn on, so I suspect it was operated centrally by the hotel, as in the morning it came on for a short while, so it was quite warm in the room.
