Proximity to town and restaurants. The vineyard was very nice. It was quiet and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was good and the chef was very kind. Bottle of chilled wine came with the room. Very nice. The house and area was great.
The beds need to be replaced. Not very comfortable. Fans on the outdoor patio would have been nice to be able to use the space better.

Atmosphere of the place. Beautiful large building. We had the whole place to ourselves which was great. The breakfast was good especially the coffee. 10-15min walk to the lake and less than 5 to central square of the village. Extra bonus was Nala, the sweet dog of the house
The vineyard and winehouse are located across the street (other building). We did the tour and testing which was a bit rushed at the start and ended with no notice. That said, the wine was excellent and questions answered elaborately and very friendly :)

Ganz toll saniertes, großes Landgut mit Blick auf die Weinreben und den Gardasee. Sehr schön dekorierte, große Zimmer mit Terrasse und Seeblick. Parken auf dem Gelände. Frühstück reichlich und sehr gut. Ganz herzliche Gastgeber!
Der Strand ist etwas weit weg, aber immer noch gut zu Fuß in 10 -15 mins erreichbar.

Our repeated stay in in the same room 13 months later. Same top quality and service. Thumbs up for the arrangements to fix the blown tyre (random screw caught and flattened the tyre).

"Clean room and facilities, Try to communicate in best way. Not in the where we sleep. however in Winery you will get the staffs who speak English and help you during the day."
