Great villa that we used for our yearly seminar. Allessandro was very nice and even gave us bigger pots to cook for the big group that we were. The property is also exceptionally close to the beautiful beach of Mondello (about a 10-15min walk), and one can get to the property by bus from the city (about 30min), or by train+bus from the airport (about an hour).

As others have noted, one of the staircases is a bit scary, but after a few tries it is easy to see that it is very stable.

Very big apartments. We four families including kids stayed at the apartment. Each of the apartments are separated with private bathrooms. 10 mins walk to beech. There is a pizzeria near by.
