Our home away from home is a cozy getaway nestled in the Walleye Capital of the world, Port Clinton, Ohio. Our one bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a double bed and a twin bed in the master bedroom that is perfect for families looking to spend quality time together. Loaded with onsite amenities like washer and dryer, full updated kitchen, cable, free wi-fi, updated bathroom, 2 sleeper sofas and a Key West attitude(Key West of the North, that is). Instant access to the beach, newly renovated pool and hot tub, makes this the perfect laid back vacation spot for your family, business group or fishing buddies. Our condo is approximately 20 minutes from Cedar Point and literally steps from charter fishing, near the Jet Express to Put-In-Bay, Jet Ski rental at Dock's Beachfront Bar, PC Yacht Club and many pubs and restaurants with their own small town charm and flair. Our third floor unit captures a sunrise that is only seen in paintings or myth. Take a morning walk on the beach and enjoy your coffee shore side. A brand new playground awaits your child's imagination while you barbeque on one of the many on-site grills. Enjoy catch with your kids, even play a game of whiffle ball in the unique, vast amount of green and grass space that is unmatched by most places in the area. Create bonding and lifetime memories fishing from the rocks or wade into the clean Lake Erie water with your tubes. Our quaint, relaxing home away from home is not only where we love to spend our free time, it is a place that I hold dear to me. I have been vacationing here since 1984, when I was a five year old. Enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well stocked with blankets, pillows, and sheets. Would have gave 5 stars if they had AC in bedroom. It’s just has a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Also, there was no iron. But, we still enjoyed our stay. The owners are friendly and very nice. Would recommend to a friend.

Everyone loved this condo. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time there. Unlike some other places we’ve stayed the pull out couches were comfortable. Everything was clean and taken care of. Being on the third floor without an elevator wasn’t bad at all. All kitchen utensils were provided. The only downfall since the air conditioner was in the living room, it was very hot in the bedroom and the bathroom. With the door open it was bearable, but if you had the doors closed it was very hot

Everyone loved this condo. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time there. Unlike some other places we’ve stayed the pull out couches were comfortable. Everything was clean and taken care of. Better than the pictures
This place was perfect for my family with 4 small kids! The pool is shallow to deep starting at 1ft. There are "seats" on the edges of pools to just relax. The hot tub was great. The beach was way bigger than pictures showed and water also shallow so perfect for small kids. We easily walked to the beach bar and into town.

Everything was great! We loved the decor! The view was great, we could see everything from our windows. We felt very comfortable and loved the open space. We definitely enjoyed our visit and will be back!

This condo sits on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. Just a few steps and you can be at the beach or pool. Walk a short distance to many restaurants and shops or jump on the Jet Express and head to South Bass Island. The condo is well equipped and can sleep 9 adults.

We had an amazing time at the vacation house! They had everything we needed in the kitchen to make ourselves meals, we used the pool and hot tub at our leisure and were 30 minutes from cedar point which is why we booked in the first place! We would definitely rent again!

The condo was in great shape with everything we needed to be at home and make the most of the week. The beds and couches were comfortable and there were no traces of dirt anywhere. The beach was very nice with a good view and the pool was inviting at the end of every day.
The town itself has a nice walk around relaxed vibe with plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes. Make sure to eat some of the fresh local fish while you can - it’s hard to obtain away from the region.
Overall, we will be staying at this property again in the future.

the stay was fun. the house was clean. the only cons i would say was the response time of the owner & the fact that we didn’t get the code to the door until hours before arrival. other then that, no complaints. we came to hit cedar point but because of the location, we were able to experience so much more. definitely recommend hitting the que restaurant right down the street while visiting as well

Great Family Getaway
We love this condominium complex and have stayed in different units the past 3 years. This unit might be our favorite! Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Our kids love the small beach area, playground, pool. We will be back for year #4 next year!

Relaxing Lakeside Family Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation at our condo and will definitely be back. Matt and Jodi were welcoming, responsive to our questions, and made sure we were settled in when we arrived. The condo was very clean and stocked with basic cooking items although we didn’t cook much and instead enjoyed food from local places like Jolly Rogers. We appreciated the little extras like beach toys and chairs which saved us extra packing. Our boys (5 and 2) loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing, and family friendly environment. We found everyone at the condos to be very friendly. We loved walking straight out to the pool, which is zero depth and then to the beach, which is sandy and shallow for at least 50 feet out (bonus for little ones!). Our boys loved watching the nearby drawbridge and next time we will take advantage of the walking to the Jet Express. One note, which I believe is listed in the condo description, this is a third floor walk-up condo so be prepared to carry your things up. However, once you’re settled in you have a wonderful sunrise view of the lake. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Location perfect. Unit not as nice.
This location and condo development is great. Walk about restaurants and access to Jet express is second to none. The beach, pool and playground are great and very family friendly. Our unit was clean but we were disappointed by
this particular unit. The fan/light fixture above the table is wobbly to the extent that I would not allow my grandchildren to eat there. I was
concerned it may fall onto the glass table. There were beds for 8-10 but linens provided for barely 4. Pillows and towels were said to be provided however there were only two bath towels and four very flimsy flat pillows. Blankets were scarce And mattresses were very uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware, utensils and appliances.
We did talk to other families staying here and had the opportunity to see a couple of other units. We will return to this property for sure however we will stay in a different unit.

excellent for a family getaway. PRIVATE pool and PRIVATE beach. Neither was busy at anytime during our stay. There is a virtual reality game-room for entertainment otherwise we just relaxed.

Fantastic location, well kept property
This condo is in a great location with it's proximity to the Jet Express and even a waterfront bar/restaurant next door, both within walking distance. The beach and pool are beautiful and kept very clean. Every morning, the pool was cleaned thoroughly and sanitized. Yes, the sunrises are as advertised!
The condo itself was very neat and clean upon our arrival. The owners had indeed taken the extra steps with sanitization, so we had no worries in that regard. The overall comfort level was nice, with a very large TV with cable, along with free wifi. The kitchen is well supplied, although it may be time to replace the tiny small coffee maker that was mildly frustrating to operate. Also, another minor thing is the kitchen ceiling fan, which was difficult to use without it making some annoying sounds. The bathroom was just fine...again, no issues with cleanliness!
Matthew and Jodi were easy to contact through VRBO and were just a text away from answers to our questions. Perhaps it is not protocol for owners, but I believe a phone call would be reassuring, especially after all payments have been made in full. Everything is done electronically, so even a little human interaction, say a week before the stay, could help defray some anxiety. Also, it could be better to receive the "arrival greeting" email a bit earlier than the morning of our scheduled stay. It all goes back to having no human contact during the process.
Lastly, I know the "THIRD FLOOR" is capitalized in the description, so we knew that going in. It could be mentioned, however, that there is no elevator. It can be a struggle, especially on check-in and check-out days.
