Efficiency of check in was ok, but no reception is unnerving till first contact was made at exact time of check in.
The texting to ask when checking out, is a little hassling but to then be woken up at 0800 for check out housekeeping banging on the door and then ask a time to be out. Quite frankly you're lucky the mop wasn't used as a weapon around your head, when you disturb a lie in. It's all cost saving and not acceptable.
