PROPERTY LOCATED IN VIEQUES WHICH IS AN ISLAND OFF PUERTO RICO WHICH REQUIRES TRAVEL BY FERRY OR FLIGHT FROM THE MAIN ISLAND OF PUERTO RICO. The Space: Casa Bromelia is located on a quiet neighborhood street in the quaint fishing Village of Esperanza on the Southside of Vieques Island with views of the calm Caribbean Sea and Keys. Esperanza is every popular as an authentic beach side area with lovely beaches, restaurants, snorkeling, bars, shopping and locals and all within a short stroll from Casa Bromelia. Casa Bromelia sits up high with views and breezes and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms with one bedroom en suite. The entire house is air conditioned if needed however, there are windows with screens that can be opened to allow the soft Caribbean breezes to flow through. The house is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining as well as out door dining, a living room as well as outside seating. There is a Primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a King bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds and share a bathroom. Our beds all have white cotton sheets with coverlets. The outside covered seating and dining areas are very private with views to the Caribbean. Casa Bromelia is professionally managed by Bravos Boyz Real Estate and Property Management where your vacation is cared for perfectly. The Neighborhood: Esperanza is on the south side of the island. The house is about two blocks from the Malecon. Other Things to Note: The house has beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.

We loved our Christmas week stay with family of four adults at the Casa Bromelia in Esperanza, Clean, comfortable and well equipped indoors and out (great to have beach chairs and coolers, umbrella needs replacing). Wonderful covered porch with water views for hanging out. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and bars on the Malecon in Esperanza as well as Lydia's Comida market. Jeep rental from Bravos Boyz worked out great as well and the Bravos Boyz contact Victor was very helpful with easy check in and check out for car and house. Highly recommend.

As others have said, the roosters are noisy, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall a wonderful place, nice location up the hill, stellar views from the porch, pretty back yard and house color. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking. A few repairs needed to ceiling fans and I think it would be nice if it came with an umbrella rather than needing to rent one separately but really those are just quibbles.

Great to have Casita in back for 6 adults & 2 kids. Very well equipped, chairs& towels great. Great walk to town, nice neighborhood. Could’ve used a better cleaning before we arrived.

Our entire experience with the owners and management was seamless. The house is located within walking distance of the restaurants in Esperanza. The kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook. We loved that there were beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. Clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

House was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. It had everything including a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. Richard met us and welcomed us to the house. The views from the covered deck, are amazing, and it was a very easy walk into town. Would rent again!

Clean and comfortable and just a short drive to some of the most amazing beaches you’ll ever see. Host was easy to work with and good with communication. We have no complaints at all about our stay at Casa Bromelia.

This house was the perfect fit for our family of college age kids to fly from various areas and meet for spring break. Plenty of room for porch sitting, card playing, and relaxing. The porch had a continuous breeze and made for perfect mornings and relaxing before dinner. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. House also came with a cooler and beach chairs. The only downside if I had to list one, is the roosters across the street are kinda loud (but with the a/c on you really don’t hear them inside) but there are roosters all over the island so I assume you will hear them no matter where you stay. And since we are kinda early risers it didn’t bother us. Overall a wonderful place to stay on a truly magical island of friendly people, beautiful beaches and gorgeous places to explore. Oh and Susie and her husband came to our rescue when there wasn’t a taxi to be found and even came to pick us up from the airport. Wonderful service! Thank you!

It was so easy, so comfortable... what a vacation is about! The house, which is up on the hill catches the breeze ... walk 3 blocks to the malecon ... perfect beaches... and the host assisted us with all needs and questions, including rental car
