Convenient & easy

No fuss, no muss. Self checking with key in a lockbox. Never saw anyone else. A hostel so very basic but not noisy despite restaurant right next door.

A hostel so don’t expect great water pressure or anything else except a convenient bed to sleep in

Lazy Jack restaurant that is from the same owners its open until late night so its great to have a places to eat for late snacks, drinks or if you came in from a late travel.

Loved this property because there ate the only one allowing babies / toddlers. They are good value for money and have clean bathroom and sheets.

Perfect overnight to see bioluminescent bay.

Location was great and room was very clean and tidy. Chickens were awake all night but not the fault of the location or staff. Would come back!

Some noises were unavoidable and a little bothersome.

Economical win for a single night stay.

The location was ideal for our needs, as we came for the bio bay tour. We enjoyed the local restaurants at walkable distance and the beautiful beaches which we walked and enjoyed. The room was clean, small but pretty and functional.

The shower could have had hot water. It would have been nice to have a hand towel and wash cloths, but we appreciated the bath towels. The shower set up lent itself to water leaking due to the unadjustable placement of the shower head.

Relaxing and Fun! Paradise, Food & Drink all you need!

Great location, with several beaches and several restaurants within walking distance.

Only minor suggestion maybe some washcloths and box of kleenex in the room would have been nice.

Very good

Convenient location, no contact check in and check out was easy. Room was small but clean.

For a basic accommodation the price was a little bit high, but I think it also depends on when you are traveling. It has everything you need, though!

Hostel turned Guest House, very cozy

The hostel now guest house now provides individual rooms rather than hostel bunk beds. The extra space, private shower and personal bathroom was very nice. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. I had wifi too!

Only your money is important to them

It was somewhere to sleep

No support. No staff in sight. Not a whiff of a staff member my entire stay. The roof leaked on to my backpack and clothing when it rained.

worst value for money

We never saw the staff. If there’s an emergency you must call them, which is not convenient if your using an European number. No one come to clean in 3 days. a few things (minor stuff) disappear from the room.

Clean, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Our rooms had private bathrooms. Good location- walk to beach, restaurants, market. WiFi access. I did not mind waking up to the rooster’s call.

We rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms was missing the A/C remote. However, we were able to use the remote from the other room. They are not not up and running 100% so they didn’t have a common eating or kitchen area and no refrigerator.

The location is good, really close to the beach and good to visit other beaches. Shared bathrooms were clean.

The staff wasn't helpful at all. They weren't able to provide us information about local transportation, tours, etc. or they provided us wrong information. The room was really small.

Perfect location, very helpful staff, really cheap in comparison with other possibilities on the island

I slept better on the plane!

The food was alright.

The bar/ restaurant staff were very rude! The a/c unit looked like it cought on fire once upon a time. I stayed in what would be considered Thier best accomodations, a single king room. And was probably the worst I have ever stayed in. The only good thing about the place was the hostel staff oh yeah and 135 dollars a night! Place is trash!

Easy to relax, have fun, and enjoy a cute area near a spectacular beach

it was right off the boardwalk and an easy walk to the best beach plus groceries and restraunts. staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve traveled to a dozen hostels and it’s easily my favorite.

we couldn’t keep food in our room out of fear of bugs.

convenience and location, good value

location is great and good value. hostel is part of crazy jack’s bar, convenience for breakfast and couple drinks at night, hostel room was built by ocean containers, it is very creative but room was quite small, we only stay for one night and that is ok.

worst experience on the island

Nice location, good price

A middle aged woman was extremely rude and cranky. she yelled and pointed finger at us and we did not deserve that treatment. Such a shame because everyone else was nice. Lots of mosquitoes and rooster in the morning, but acceptable except for the attitude.
