Place is fantastic. Rooms were great. However, customer service was on and off one person will be great and the next person could come across very rude.

Overall the property is great, but the staff and customer service is on the low low side. Bartender is a joke, doesn’t know how to prepare drinks and in my case, I got there around 12 pm, my room was already clean, but the front desk lady said she was leaving for lunch and that I had to wait 1 and a half hours for her to get back and give me my room. They have no clue of what customer service is! Sucks!

Feel the hotel has left a lot of areas deteriorate. My room the door to the bathroom did not close it was unhinged. The area where the closet was had chairs with rust crammed in. The rooms need a lot of TLC.

This place was just fabulous. Such beauty, the views, the staff, the night sky and the exclusivity feeling that you get from the place. Everything was fabulous. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room but everything else was so perfect that it was worth it. Stayed an extra two nights because of how wonderful it was. The food was great at the restaurant and the drinks were delicious at the bar. The young lady that worked there went out of her way to drive us to our tour because taxis weren’t available at the time and we were going to miss it if we tried walking. Thank you again that was very kind of you;)

This place is run but crooks who want nothing more than to take your money and give you nothing in return but trouble and "that's the policy" when you have an issue. I'll spare the whole story but it goes something like: - I need to leave a day early for a family emergency - NO, you'll have to pay for the entire stay regardless - I'd like to talk to your manager - "we don't have a manager" - Will a bottle of champagne (cheap $3) make you feel better - No I find out later the place is run by a guy who went bankrupt leaving his creditors Millions of Dollars in debt and is clearly only out to line his pocket not provide any kind of service whatsoever.

The property is so close to the string of restaurants and the beach. The resort was luxurious and expansive with very friendly staff. The infinity pool was brilliant. There were many horses and hens within the property that added to the charm. We loved the stay so much that we tried to extend another day. Unfortunately, the resort was booked out. Definitely recommend this

This is an adult paradise with an Infiniti pool looking out onto the ocean and beach access, on a ranch like property. You’ll need to cab it to esperanza (about 5-7 min drive) and there are no TVs in rooms, but the serenity is well worth it.

The property is great, really beautiful place to stay on Vieques. The staff is very friendly, but the food is honestly not great. We ended up having to go to Esperanza for dinner each night. Still, even with that caveat, I recommend going here over getting some AirBnB or motel. The area with the pool is just fantastic. When not cloudy, the star gazing is phenomenal. The beach in front is not great for swimming (very rocky) but it's great for leisurely walks.

Check in is not at 3pm as listed. It’s at 4. Bathrooms are not that clean. Staff and surrounding are beautiful! I would stay here again!

Was staying at another property and wandered over to try out their restaurant and was completely mesmerized by the beauty of the property. Ended up staying an extra night in Vieques because the island is everything—beach, adventure, culture, culinary… And moved inns to the Blue Horizon. My room was clean and comfortable. Love that the property had a bar—everything faces the ocean. The food at the restaurant was fine, the service quality overall does need someone’s attention. If i am ever back in Vieques, this is the place I’m staying.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice enough, but the “private beach” advertised online is really not there. There is a rocky and wavy shoreline that’s hard to get to so not usable as a beach where one can sit and enjoy the ocean. The pool is nice, but there’s no shade to speak of.

We will definitely visit again! The view is just stunning with the sea and infinity pool. It’s not far from the town center but super quiet that you can really just chill and have a very relaxed vacation. I wish we booked more nights.

Everything was so comfortable. When we arrive to the hotel, the hostess was wonderful, extremely helpful and professional, she went out of her way to make us feel at home. We were very tired and the front desk hostess was very accommodating and we loved that. Kudos to her.

Great view of the ocean! The place is quiet and nice! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! It is right next to a horse riding company and only 5min walk if you take a short path. We didn’t rent a car and it is about 20min walk to Esperanza which is manageable. At night the road is dark and they didn’t recommend us to walk and it is only 5min by taxi. If you also decide to take a taxi, it is strongly recommended to double check with your taxi driver half an hour before the scheduled time. We booked the taxi in the morning to pick us up later in the afternoon but the taxi driver forgot us so we had to urgently call another taxi driver, luckily the other one is not too far away so we didn’t miss our Biobay kayaking.
