Nestled in Kingsland, this charming house for $370 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: From enjoying your cup of coffee on the covered back porch looking over the lake, to taking out one of the complimentary kayaks, bringing your own watercraft & using the covered boat lift or dual jet ski lift, or just lounging poolside this home will be sure to provide you comfort & relaxation to everyone. This home has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. If you need more room we can also have Azure Relaxin'1 next door that can also be rented to sleep a total of 30. The Space: Features: • Free WIFI available for all guests • Flat Screen TVs • Dining room table with seating for 6 • Additional Breakfast Nook with seating for 4 • Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker • All Electric Kitchen • Washer and Dryer available • Propane Grill • Shared Pool • Dock with Boat and Jet Ski Lifts • Kayaks • Shared large Fenced Grassy Yard • Pet Friendly Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Master bedroom King Bed - Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 2: King Bed with lake view – Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Two Twin over Twin Bunk Beds & Twin Bed with Trundle – Sleeps 6 Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the house, yard and boat dock. Pool is shared with Azure Relaxin'1 (next door) The Neighborhood: This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Getting Around: House is just minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants. Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! Lighthouse golf course is also located nearby. Other Things to Note: We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if need be. Dogs are allowed at this property. We do require a $100 non-refundable pet fee, a signed pet agreement, and a copy of the current vaccination records. Security camera located on the dock and driveway. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee. Hot Tub is temporarily unavailable. Interaction with Guests: We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if need be.

Nice and comfortable house located on the lake. Whole family rented Azure 1 and 2. This is the way to go for large groups or families. Nice pool and yard. Great for dogs. House very clean and well stocked. Will definitely come back.

We (12 adults and 9 children) had a great stay at Azure 1 and 2. The layout of the homes was perfect for our large group and the pool was amazing for these hot days. Kitchen had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of rooms to accommodate our group. We all loved the shuffleboard table, and the spaciousness of the homes. The view was beautiful and the lake was peaceful. We will definitely love to stay here again for our next family reunion.

We rented the property for the long father day weekend. If was perfect fit for the family. The house was very clean and well supplied. The pool was very refreshing in the 1st wave of 2023 Texas heat. We brought our Jetski's and made good use fo the dock and lift all weekend. Will will definitely be back for a longer stay.

We had a great vacation at this house. It is super clean and the back room can sleep a bunch of kids. We had an issue with the hot tub but the owners were on it and got it taken care of. Defiantly recommend this house for a nice lake get away!

Perfect location. The only complaint we had was the front bathroom was old and gross. There was mold under the marble seat. The other bathroom was very nice, new and clean.

We had 3 small families in this house. It had lots of games, great place for kids to swim in the lake. Great yard that was fenced off for kids or pets. We went fishing, kayaking, and swimming. At night we played a lot of Uno. Highly recommend this home! Close to grocery store too!

Welcome return
We stayed here 6 years ago. Our return was better than expected. House was immaculately clean and well stocked. After a night of high winds, pool service and tree trimmer were on the property maintaining the grounds.

Excellent Location
We enjoyed this property. It was great having 2 king beds for the adults and a bunk room for the kids. My very tall husband had issues showering in the hall shower but the one in the bunk room had a higher ceiling which worked much better. Easy access to a community boat ramp to get in the water. The kids enjoyed the shared pool with the neighbors and the kayacks down on the river. Great weeked get away.

Great place, we had a boat and we were able to utilize the lift which was great. Evening shade with St Augustine grass was awesome. Actually, shade in the morning is good too with the trees and home next door. Wonderful home!

Such a fun place to stay on lake LBJ!
We would have loved to have a boat to spend some time out on the water but the house was super cute and water access was a breeze. The pool was plenty big enough to share with the family next door.
Our only downside was the first full day there, the pool guy came to shock the pool and the lawn guys came so we were stuck inside for most of the afternoon.
It would have been nice to have some chairs to sit down at the boat dock.
Outside of that we can’t wait to come back again!

Relaxing and fun
We had a wonderful time and the house has everything you need for a rental home. The place is spacious and comfortable plenty of room beds were very comfy as well. The only thing I wish was that the drive way wasn’t so steep and narrow. But that’s the only thing I Didn’t like about it. But everything else was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you

Azure 1 and 2
Everything was almost perfect! Our blender was broken, but we were able to borrow one from the other house because we rented both 1 and 2. Both homes could use additional beach towels, but we have a pool at home and completely understand how towels go missing. Otherwise, a fabulous family trip. Not sure we would stay here if we only had one house booked because we don’t like the idea of sharing the pool....especially during COVID times.

It was clean and well prepared
I stayed with my family for a weekend, and the lawn, pool, and porch were well maintained. The house keepers thought of everything from games and movies to the citronella candle that keeps away mosquitos. Everything was very clean and well placed. Anything that had a place was written in the binder and easy to find. Would highly recommend staying here with friends, family, and fur babies.
