This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath home, built in 1893, is immaculate and comfortably furnished with antiques and reproductions and period-inspired, ceiling to floor window coverings. There is free private off-street parking for 2 cars in front of the house. Also outside: a lovely camellia and rose garden in the front; backyard with patio, table, 4 chairs with umbrella, built-in grill, water fountain and landscaped lawns with flowers and other varied foliage. Inside: our guest first encounters the beautifully furnished and cozy living /sitting room, which has hardwood floors with rugs, gas fireplace, a coffee table with the Beauregard guest book, sofas with soft pillows and throws, walk in closet and Roku TV. There are 2 bedrooms; one has a queen bed and Roku TV, walk in closet, and a video library of Hollywood movies that were filmed in Ferndale. The second bedroom has a double bed and walk in closet. Both beds are made up with 100% cotton sateen sheets, and both bedrooms have 2 side tables with stained glass lamps and windows with beautiful window coverings. The bathroom has a tub/shower with sliding mirrored doors for privacy, and features luxury (fluffy) white towels, acai/orchid body wash, Nexxus hair products and an ionic hair dryer.
