Nestled in Holualoa, this lovely condo for $103 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This upgraded “top floor” condo off of Alii Drive has everything you need to enjoy your time on the Big Island of Hawaii! The property features a full kitchen and a full bathroom with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. There is a Queen sized bed, plenty of seating in the living area, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a lanai with outdoor seating and ocean views. You will be able to enjoy the cruise ships docked in the bay from the Lanai. There is Air Conditioning to help cool off from the tropical sunshine after your Hawaii excursions. The property is equipped to make it easy for beach adventures with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, noodles, coolers and more. The Kona Shores condominium complex has an ocean-front pool with a cabana, two bathrooms and a charcoal grill for barbecuing. It is a perfect location to hang out and soak up the Hawaii sun and enjoy the gorgeous Kona sunsets. You may possibly spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset as the sun sets behind the horizon. The Kona Shores is a popular location for visitors due to its close proximity to beaches and to the heart of Kailua Kona which is filled with restaurants and shopping right along the water’s edge. Some of the activities you can find on the Kona Coast include beaches, luau’s, farmer’s markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing; just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. With so much to do this condo makes a perfect home base to relax after all of your vacation adventures or you can just have a relaxing day lounging by the pool. There are rent-able bikes available across the street from Kona Shores. There is an assigned parking space and laundry facilities that are compatible with the PayRange laundry facility app. No smoking, no pets. **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. We had a great stay in this place. It is clean,elegant, friendly neighbors and beautiful view of the ocean. It's close also to restaurants and stores especially the open farmers market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and souvenir items. We enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Kona shores to our friends, relatives and other people who wants to visit the Big Island.

Great place to stay just mile down the road from all of the shops and restaurants and walking distance to coffee shop and small convenience store. The unit is on the road but was not as noisy as we expected. The pool was great with a view of and access to the rocky shores of the ocean for a beautiful sunset.

Upon arrival we noticed how close to downtown shops we were, also we were able to walk down to the pool area which gives you oceanfront access. Although it’s pretty rocky, beautiful nonetheless! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of extras such as umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers (2sizes) snorkel gear, beach blankets and pool noodles! There was plenty of plates silverware and much more. The street gets pretty noisy from 4-6pm but quiets down after that. Air conditioning is felt great walking in after a long day of shopping! Very cute quaint little airbnb. I would stay here again.

The property staff is always quick to respond assisting with needs or issues. Although we saw a few stains on some of the furniture cloth everything else was neat clean and comforting. The pools is small but fun with beautiful ocean views including cruise ships, kayakers and sailboats. Encourages more of quiet local life on a zen peaceful state. Laundry on site also great pay per load and lizards are fun and interesting. We had a lovely stay!

It’s a beautiful little studio condo on the second floor accessible by stairs right next to the road. The location is close to all of the Kona life. The condo owner has supplied beach towels and amenities to provide you with fun times at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this little place. Thank you.

We stayed at Kona Shores for 5 days. It was very economical and very comfortable for two people. We enjoyed the lanai & loved the birds singing early in the morning. The pool was nice. Location is excellent. All the little extras were there.

This property had all we needed for our first visit to the Big island. Good location! Nice extras for the beach on the patio, umbrella, cooler. We didn’t use the pool but the views of the sunset was nice from there. Did buy some charcoal and grilled by the pool a couple of nights. Only critique I have is there could be a bit more kitchenware provided. Very limited on cups and plates. All in all a great little place for the week!

This is a great place for couples who are on a budget. The condo has everything you need including stuff you need on the beach like chairs, snorkelling masks, coolers, pool noodles etc. Everything works in the condo as intended. Overall great experience.

If you are looking for a small single room space that is literally on a major through road with traffic day and night, that costs the same as an quiet multi room apartment, then this is the place for you. It was on the second floor adjacent to the road, so the traffic noise came with the space. The widow air conditioner didn’t help since it would run for 30 seconds, just enough to wake you up, then switch off. One minute later the same process would restart. This space has an outstanding view of the parking lot from the balcony, or the main road from the front. I have been to properties on Alii drive for over 25 years, and this was by far the worst value for Money by far.

Unit was on 2nd floor with the door facing the street. Deck had a view of the parking lot. Was difficult to get luggage up the stairs to the unit. Tall table on deck only had 2 chairs so the 3rd person in our party got stuck sitting on a regular chair needing to reach up to set cup on table and hold their food in their lap. We had no idea there was no elevator and were not told this when we booked it.

Property was exactly as shown in pictures. Bed was comfortable. Living room, dining room and kitchen fit our needs perfectly. We stayed 7 nights and used the kitchen for most of our meals. Everything we needed to cook our food was there for us. The balcony is really nice. Bath area was very well stocked with everything we needed. The sunsets by the pool area are beautiful.
