The hotel is in a lovely location on the new marina and the rooms are clean and functional. The restaurant has a nice outside eating area on the waterfront which was lovely at night. The location is within walking distance of the train and bus station and is perfect to visit the beach, sea gardens or Burgas centre.
This hotel is totally let down by the awful beds. Having stayed in many hotels, I can honestly say these are the worst beds I have ever had. We were given 1 pillow on each bed and these were hard and uncomfortable. The shower did not work properly as the bracket that held the shower head was loose. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. After a dreadful night we headed down for breakfast. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items but the cooked food was stone cold. I am mystified at all the reviews that praise this hotel.
