Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, was besonders praktisch ist, wenn man zum Flughafen weiterreisen möchte. Auch die Piazza, der Hafen sowie der Sandstrand sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Der Frühstücksgutschein hat einen Wert von 3 € pro Person und kann flexibel für beliebige Speisen oder Getränke eingelöst werden.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und die Lage für uns besonders praktisch.
Einige Punkte könnten noch verbessert werden. Das Zimmer hatte wenig natürliches Licht und die Beleuchtung war für unseren Geschmack nicht besonders hell oder gemütlich. Zusätzliche Lichtquellen und etwas mehr (Wand-)Dekoration könnten die Atmosphäre deutlich verbessern. Das Licht im Zwischenbereich von Zimmer und Bad hat außerdem nicht funktioniert.
Der vorhandene Föhn war leider defekt, machte laute Geräusche und roch beim Einschalten verbrannt, sodass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten.
Für zwei Nächte gab es nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und keine Ersatzrolle, was etwas knapp bemessen war.
Der Matratzenüberzug hat sich ständig gelöst und die Matratze war für uns eher mäßig bequem. Außerdem hat sie bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht.
Da es keine Küche gibt, sind auch kein Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Einwegbecher oder Besteck wären für kurze Aufenthalte eine praktische Ergänzung.
Insgesamt handelt es sich um kleinere Punkte, die den Aufenthalt mit wenig Aufwand noch angenehmer machen könnten.

Location is a 10 min walk from the train station. Good location close to the center and beach. The communication with the host was excellent from the moment we made the reservation. He was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The host appears to live in the same building, which was convenient, and he was readily available to assist us, including helping resolve an issue with the Wi-Fi.
The location is particularly convenient for a final night before flying out, situated between Palermo and the airport and close to its own beach area.
The room was spacious, and the bed, room, and bathroom were all very clean. We also appreciated the good security, with both the main entrance and the individual room equipped with modern locking systems.
The windows are well equipped with shutters and curtains, making it easy to keep the room dark and block out the morning sunlight.
The beach is another real plus and is only about an 8-minute walk away. It is lovely and has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. One thing to know in advance is that this is not a sandy beach. the shoreline consists mainly of washed out stones, with sharp edges, so bringing beach shoes is highly recommended. With the right footwear, it is a very enjoyable place to swim and spend some time by the water.

There are also some great dining options nearby, which makes the location particularly convenient for an evening meal and a final night before heading to the airport.
Breakfast is a voucher at a lovely cafe about half way to train station with great coffee and pastries.
The interaction with the host, while friendly and responsive, felt transactional and clearly operated as a business rather than a more personal guest experience.
The main issue was the air conditioning. Regardless of the temperature setting, it seemed to provide approximately the same level of cooling, which was not sufficient for the size of the room. The unit itself appears as though it should be adequate, so this may simply be something that needs servicing or adjustment. It would take a long time for the room temp to become acceptable. Room key was attached to a keycard. Combined with a keycard to power shutdown when key was removed. Not ideal.
The room itself is quite large and spacious, while the adjacent bathroom is relatively small by comparison, though functional.
The Wi-Fi was another weak point. The connection was not strong or reliable enough for us to do any meaningful work, which could be important for guests who need to work during their stay.

Camera molto spaziosa.
Posizione comoda dall’aeroporto,e zone limitrofe d’interesse.
Non abbiamo potuto aprire le finestre perché mancavano le tende essendo al piano terra e su una via!
