The location of the property is near a beautiful sandy beach (5 min walk) where you can either rent sunbeds or there is an open beach also. Kids really enjoyed the lots of fishes in the water from the stones that are from place to place. Also free parking is very accessible on a nearby street if it is not weekend. On weekend it can get crowded and will need to pay for parking. The host was very helpful and very responsive, we communicated on whatsapp as we did not know italian and she did not know english, but google translate did its job.
We were 8 people and rented the entire property:
1 room is down, under the ground. We were a little bit skeptic at the beginning but for the high temperatures we got that was the most comfortable room.
1 room is at ground level and shares kitchen with 1 room upstairs.
Because we were a family it was really enough for us but renting separately the last 2 rooms I think the kitchen will be a little too small.
Sheets are exchanged every 7 days and towels every 4 days. For us this was ok
If i could i could rate this 8.5 as from voting in the family this property was between 8 and 9, but definitely not a 9.
The thing i did not like is the garbage collection. It was never emptied for all 11 days we stayed and it was full with ants. The ants sometimes were all over the table in the patio and some of them went into the kitchen.
The stairs to reach the room upstairs are pretty narrow, steep and dark. When we arrived the light was not working making it even harder to watch out.
Kitchen can be small if rooms are rented separately. For us was ok.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir hatten alle 3 Zimmer gebucht und ausreichend Platz für die gesamte Familie. Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern und der Gemeinschaftsküche ist super.
Einzig die Treppen sind evtl. zu steil und lang für manche Personen und das Zimmer im Keller ist ziemlich dunkel. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.
Das Zimmer im Keller aufgrund der Lage und Feuchtigkeit (wetterbedingt) .
