Fabrizio was fantastic - breakfast typical continental breakfast but plenty of it. Breakfasts varied daily and apartment was very clean
Too far from centre of Palermo for older people and the rubbish and dog mess was very off putting

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and in a fairly good location. Although it is a bit farther from the city center, it is positioned in such a way that all major attractions can be reached on foot (about a 15–25 minute walk). Since it is not located on a main street, it offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
We had two rooms: one overlooked the inner courtyard, while the other faced the street. The street-facing room was slightly noisier, but still comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were changed every other day.
Fabricio was fantastic! He went above and beyond to accommodate even our smallest requests, from providing extra pillows, to offering sightseeing recommendations, and even arranging transportation for us.
The breakfast was good, and the coffee served with breakfast was excellent. There is also the option to make your own coffee or tea during the day, as there is a coffee machine available in the kitchen. Each room has its own refrigerator as well.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay.
