We had an excellent experience! The accommodation was wonderful — very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. The location was perfect for exploring Palermo, and communication with the host was excellent. The host was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.
We felt at home from the very first moment and would definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Palermo. Highly recommended!
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property was excellent. It was near to all the tourist attractions and the port.
Tizania the host who attended to us was extremely warm, kind and helpful. She also arranged transportation to and from the airport. Staff were excellent and easy to communicate with.
I actually thought it was going to be a hotel environment but it is a B&B. That was maybe my own misunderstanding because on the site it was stated Abattalis Luxury hotel.

Nice location, you could walk pretty much anywhere,
The room had nice air conditioning,
Didnt like how the amenitities in a room were not frequently restocked-toilet paper, shampoo..
Also found it ridiculous to pay 60€ fine for a late check IN, what if your flight just got delayed?
$$$$
