Staff is nice and helpful! we booked 3 rooms, rooms are clean and bright.
Deluxe Quadruple room is good!
Superior Double Room have a stair you need to climb up before enter to the room, it's difficult if you have big luggage.
in the Deluxe Quadruple room, only main bedroom have air conditioner, the sofa bed area don't have but you can open the door of the balcony.

Nice clean, quite room, with a great shower in the centre of Palermo. An easy check in /out.
We had a little fridge in our room, so perfect for drinks etc.
Our beds were made each day, which was nice.
Breakfast was served in a little cafe a block away. All perfect for a couple of days in Palermo.
There was a kettle in our room but no cups or Tea/coffee making facilities.

Good location, clean room, nice bathroom.
Check in was messy. The host was not at the property and I had to check in with the restaurant owner nextdoor. This is a self-contained B&B and thus you need someone to let you in via a key. It took extra time to get settled in. Also, it is the the top floor of a building with very small signage. I had to ask a couple of people where it was located on the street.
