The location of this appartment is fantastic. Every must see is walking distance from the appartment. Both appartments have their own balcony, the kitchen and roof terrace are shared. Everything is very clean and tidy. Emanuele is a very good host who sent us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in Palermo.

Perfectly located, close to the vibrant city center

Parking situation on public street was a bit tricky (especially when arriving with a camper, sinply way too narrow streets)

I didn’t have many accommodation options in Palermo at the time, so I spent quite a while looking for the right place. I came across this property, which had very few reviews, but that is only because it is brand new. It truly deserves thousands of positive reviews. Emanuele is a wonderful host — extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. He gave me lots of recommendations about Palermo and places worth visiting, and what I especially appreciated was that they were not vague or generic suggestions. They were very specific, and I followed several of them and was really happy I did. As for the accommodation itself, although it is very close to the city centre and one of Palermo’s large markets, it is surprisingly quiet. In the evening, you can relax not only in your room but also on the beautiful terrace, which is a real gem of this place. Emanuele told me that he had chosen the mattresses very carefully, and he was absolutely right — the mattress was fantastic. I stayed in the Rosalia room, which has an amazing view of Palermo Cathedral. There are shutters and a mosquito screen, but I actually preferred keeping the view open because I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the cathedral. For me, this was one of the biggest advantages of the room. The room itself is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. The bathroom is modern and very convenient, and the room is genuinely large, which is quite rare compared with many apartments and hotels. There is also a shared kitchen with everything you might need: a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, with coffee capsules provided. You really have everything necessary there. During most of my stay, I practically had the whole place to myself. There were neighbours in the room next door for only one night, and otherwise I could simply enjoy the atmosphere and the beautiful view of Palermo at night. It was wonderful.

Good location close to the main tourist attractions. The staff Emanuele and Rosanna are really friendly and helpful. There is free coffee in the shared kitchen. The breakfast is in a bar, a few minutes walk from the apartment.
