Tout d'abord le petit déjeuné. Il est excellent, les produits frais avec un choix parfait. Puis l'ambiance et l'équipe sont extraordinaire et à l'écoute. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pour visiter Palerme.

The location was great. 5 minute walk from some of the main sights to visit.
The hospitality of all of the staff was second to none, made me and my family feel very welcome.
The breakfast was also amazing.

Die Lage ist top, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit tollen Restaurantempfehlungen. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück hatten, haben wir am Abfahrtstag ein Paket mit Wasser, Croissants und Kaffee bekommen. Auch konnte man den Hotelpool benutzen.
Apartment etwas spartanisch und der Schrank war mit Winterdecken vollgestopft. Küche im Apartment gibt es keine, ist eigentlich ein Hotelzimmer mit Minikühlschrank. Handtücher könnten auch mal erneuert werden.

La chambre est très grande et il y a tous ce qu’il faut avec une cuisine
J’ai trouvé inadmissible le prix de la piscine de 20€ par personne. Ce tarif n’était pas indiqué dans sur booking donc j’aurai pu prendre un hôtel moins cher vu que je n’ai pas pu utiliser la piscine. Je suis très mécontente et je ne passerai plus par booking car ça fait deux fois qu’on ne nous dit pas le prix de la piscine
