What I love most about the hotel is the location. It is a wonderful hotel. I would rate it higher than most in palermo, with a staff that is beyond accommodating. I thought I had an issue with my air. Conditioning, and they immediately attended to my problem, and I had it in/on the wrong "mode." One of my guests left their purse passport in Euro. At the hotel, the staff immediately sought out several options. And it was delivered to the airport within the hour. They will always be heroes to me. And my guest, who left her purse.

It was right in the main piazza with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops close by. Staff were excellent and very helpful

Breakfast, location
We had to change room, the second night because in the first one it has a narrow window that opens on garbage alley.
For the second room, we had to empty the air conditioner's drainage bucket.
Bed was uncomfortable, no mattress protection, mattress was old and very dirty on both sides. That was disgusting
