The location
Tha pool was closed for renovation but we didn't know before arriving

On check in, we were handed the key. We weren’t asked for help with our bags which were in the car, valet parking wasn’t explained and we weren’t offered water. It was a nice hotel in a good location. Also had good air con. breakfast was excellent.
