Great Staff who did everything they could to help and make the stay a good one. Very good location for getting around the city, we walked and used public transport and very handy for the Restaurant district in an evening.
Location was everything we had hoped for and we will definatley stay again.
Access to the apartment requires getting used to the Italain/Sicilain way as its through a small door into the ground floor area but once you had found it it was not a probllem.

The apartment is really big. Maybe too big that I find it a bit tiring to look for things around. The management was very helpful in terms of check in and late check out. The street in the front did not allow cars therefore relative more quiet than other pats of Palermo. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. One of the restaurants was very good. It was more comfortable than the palace hotel that I stayed right before I moved here.
The shower drain was a bit issue

We thought location was fine and staff were very nice
We had no staff enter our room in time we stayed (7 days) therefore no change of towels or bins emptied etc. our air conditioning made a knocking noise all night and we had a leak in the bathroom. The staff were very nice and they had experts come in to fix the morning we were leaving.
