It is very well located - but the check in process is complicated ( there is no check in desk that you can access freely ) you have to wait for the host. The bed is comfortable.
Even tho you can't hear the noise from the streets the walls are very thin in the rooms so we got woken up by our upstairs neighbour taking a shower. As we were about to leave we saw a huge cockroach coming from under the bed.

Great location! The room was comfortable and spacious. I loved the balcony views!
The walls were a little thin so we could hear everyone’s conversation in the hallway.

I liked that the property was placed central to Palermo and therefore it was easier to go in and out at whatever time.
The property was not clean. I felt uncomfortable being there for a week. The cleaning lady would come in the morning at 10 am and scream « CLEANING » and we would have to say no thank you or yes baring in mind that there was no « do not disturb sign » available to let her know if we needed her or not. There was no washing machine and no iron. Also the water pressure was HORRIBLE. There was a time where we didn’t even know if we could sharper before going out since the shower was horrible to use.
