It is super clean and comfortable. And the staff is very helpful although no reception most of the time. They are reachable 24/7. Easy self check-in and surprisingly quiet rooms.

We were so pleased with our stay at Residenze Chamur- Grattacielo! The lobby, the rooms, and the building were all beautifully maintained, clean, and felt luxurious! It was super easy to check-in, and get into the building and our room. The staff was very responsive and answered messages in a prompt manner. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi, shower, comfy bed, complimentary robe, and the location. The kitchen was so nice to have and included utensils, espresso, and complimentary snacks/drinks! We definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling in Palermo!! It is close to everything but also quiet at night, thank you for an awesome stay!
