The location and the room

The hotel has a perfect location, right next to the main street and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although it could use some renovation. Cleanliness was excellent and the Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was decent but not very varied, with the same selection every day and mostly sweet options. However, the restaurant staff deserve a special mention — they were incredibly hardworking, attentive and constantly making sure everything was taken care of. The reception experience depended on the staff member. On arrival, we waited around 30 minutes for our room after a long flight, despite having informed the hotel earlier that we had arrived in Palermo. We felt there could have been more initiative to assist us.

Excellent location.
Decent breakfast (meaning more options than a regular croissant+coffee italian breakfast, but after a few days you'll get tired of the same options), but adding some more fresh fruits and at least a hot dish would be appreciated.
Daily room cleaning.
Nice staff.
While the room furniture looked relatively new, the room felt only half-renovated. The walls were stained, and had slight mold spots. Additionally, the towel rail in the bathroom was loose and kept falling off the wall, and there were not enough power outlets in the room.
The reception and lobby lounge area could really use an upgrade; the furniture looks dated, and the sofas are stained and torn in places, which doesn’t make for a great first impression. Additionally, the carpeting in the common areas is in serious need of a deep clean.
Despite these shortcomings, it is a nice hotel at a reasonable price with a decent breakfast and a great central location in Palermo, so I happily recommend it.

the location was great, reception staff was friendly. Breakfast was good although mostly/ only pastries and carbs.
the parking was expensive ( 25 euros ) and very small. room was mostly clean but i dropped soemthing under the bed and could barely reach under to get it because of the huge amounts of dust and dirt under the bed. Room was small for 3 people. location was initially hard to find with google map
