Pros: The staff, the location, and the renovated room.
Cons: Poor sound insulation. Throughout the night, I could hear the equipment switching on and off in the rooftop shafts. The air conditioning was also very loud and could not be properly adjusted. The breakfast was rather monotonous, with the same selection every day and not enough variety. There was also no fresh fruit.

The location is good. Close to the historical centre and it was clean. The reception staff was very friendly.
The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff weren’t friendly. Rooms were dated and we felt it should be 3* rather than 4*
