The staff was very helpful and attentive with our check-in and any extra needs. She ordered us private cars and had a staff member come early to make us coffees before our flight. The rooftop view from our suite was amazing and the fridge was well-stocked.

The place itself is super nice, great breakfast and outstanding attitude from Fanny. The room was super spacious. Great value for the price.
The room door is not sealed so we heard all the noise when they were preparing the breakfast from 7:30 am.

Everything!
Waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming just steps from our door, and experiencing the kindness and generosity of Toto and Diana made this a truly magical stay. Everything was exceptional, from the location and comfort to the thoughtful personal touches. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. Cefalù stole our hearts, and Palazzo Cettina Sul Mare was a big reason why.
There really isn't anything not to like - it is the perfect place!

Very well situated in old town Palermo.
It was initially tricky to figure out the zone restrictions for car, coming to the location to drop baggage. The house itself was great.
