Great hotel, located very close to the center of Palermo. Good breakfast was included in the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
There was a kettle in the room, but no cups, which was a little strange and inconvenient.

The location was great, room was spacious and clean. Our room had windows towards air shafts so it was very quiet.
One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable but it was okay.

The hotel has been recently refurbished.
There weren’t enough facilities. The shared kitchen was closed, and the only option available was vending machines.
