Staff was amazing. Very nice people that welcomed us and everyone trying to their best to speak a little English. Breakfast was also very good (dear visitors of Italy: don’t expect the kind of breakfast that you have at home….you are in a different country!). Roof terrace has a pretty view on the city.
The location is at a busy street. It’s noisy. But not only because of the street….the walls are thin too and you can clearly hear your neighbors neighbor! Air condition has not the most power….quite weak actually.

Wonderful view from the terrace and really good breakfast. Rooms were clean and staff was really nice.
Location is horrible. Despite being very close to the city centre, you need to cross a bad area to get there. Did not feel safe at all. When we arrived someone approached us asking for money and would not leave us. I would not have felt safe if I was alone without my partner ( I am Sicilian).

The room was very big and well arranged, very big and clean.The breakfast was very delicious and the plus is that you can take your breakfast up on the balcony where you can admire all Palermo.Very suggestive

Really friendly
No access to the rooftop, it is 2 floor more up and you are not allowed to go there alone and only for the times when they have the breakfast.
